- Roast the almonds at 130 degrees for 30 minutes (stir them a little after 15 minutes). Then let them cool completely and cover them with cold water for at least 6 hours.
- Blend them with a hand blender until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Spread a clean kitchen towel in a larger bowl and pour the blended mixture onto it. Then grab the towel by the corners so that you can squeeze out the almond milk itself.
- Then pour the almond milk into a sealable container or bottle and store in the refrigerator. This way it should stay fresh for about 3-5 days.
